Digital transformation (DX) is an initiative that is believed by most of the world community to 
improve the performance of companies and the economy of a country GB. Especially in the current 
conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, digital transformation has become a strategic program for 
all economic sectors.

Digital transformation is a complex initiative that combines digital technology with business 
models to improve business performance. Where to succeed this DX requires the right strategy 
by taking into account various internal and external factors of the company.

From the results of a survey conducted by the Harvard Business Review (HBR) in 2019, the 
world's spending on the DX program was $ 1.3 trillion and the success rate was 30%, meaning 
that spending of $ 900 Trillion on DX did not meet the expected business goals. Many factors 
influence the failure of DX in various companies, among others, is the issue of the company's 
digital innovation culture.
